PRIVACY NOTICE

 This agreement and the information contained herein are strictly confidential and are provided solely for the purpose of providing a transportation rental service. This information will not be disclosed to any organization, company, institution or third party without the written consent of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Confirmed reservations Less than 15 days: Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours prior to the event will incur a penalty of 50% of the Total Cost of the contracted event. Cancellations within 24 hours or "No Show" imply a 100% charge without refund.

Reservations confirmed more than 15 days and up to 12 months in advance: Cancellations made up to 20 calendar days prior to the event will incur a 30% Penalty Percentage. Administrative fees and availability blocking will apply.

Holidays and High Season: There will be no refunds for cancellations during Long Weekends, Holidays, Easter or between November 20 and January 7.
