This agreement and the information contained herein are strictly confidential and are provided only for the purpose of offering a transport rental service. This information will not be disclosed to any organization, company, institution or third party without the written consent of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Confirmed reservations Less than 15 days: Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the event carry a penalty of 50% of the Total Cost of the contracted event. Cancellations within 24 hours or “No Show” imply a 100% charge without refund.

Reservations confirmed More than 15 days and up to 12 months before: Cancellations made up to 20 calendar days before the event will incur a Penalty Percentage of 30%. Administrative fees and availability blocking apply.

Holidays and High Season: There will be no refunds for cancellations during Long Weekends, Holidays, Easter or between November 20 and January 7.
