4. Send us your voucher with the following information:
- Full name.
- Contact telephone number.
- E-mail.
- Number of people who will carry out the activity.
- Chosen schedule of activity.
5. We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
6. Settle your activity one day before your reservation.
Do you have a Reservation Policy?
- 30% of the total amount is required to reserve and guarantee the activity.
- The contracted activity must be paid in full at least one day prior to the reservation date.
- If the service is not settled the day before, the operator may cancel the service without any liability for the tour operator.
- For total cancellation of the service, you must notify at least 3 days before the established date of the activity to obtain a refund of 80% of the amount paid in advance. Otherwise, no refund will be made and the activity can only be rescheduled subject to the availability of the service provider.
- In case an invoice is required, 16% VAT must be considered.
