  • Contact telephone number.
  • E-mail.
  • Number of people who will carry out the activity.
  • Chosen schedule of activity.

5. We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

6. Settle your activity one day before your reservation.

 

 
  1. 30% of the total amount is required to reserve and guarantee the activity.
  2. The contracted activity must be paid in full at least one day prior to the reservation date.
  3. If the service is not settled the day before, the operator may cancel the service without any liability for the tour operator.
  4. For total cancellation of the service, you must notify at least 3 days before the established date of the activity to obtain a refund of 80% of the amount paid in advance. Otherwise, no refund will be made and the activity can only be rescheduled subject to the availability of the service provider.
  5. In case an invoice is required, 16% VAT must be considered.
